- Qualification : Post Graduate with Second division.
- Experience: 10 years educational / Administrative experience.
3. Post Name: Deputy Secretary

- Pay Scale: Rs. 15600-39100-PB-3+GP 6000/-
- Qualification : Second Class Master’s Degree/LLB Degree (Relaxable in division /class in the case of internal candidates where the record of service is exceptionally good).
- Experience: 10 years teaching experience in Senior Secondary School / College as Lecturer. Preference will be given to those candidates who have Educational Administrative Experience.
4. Post Name: Assistant Secretary

- Pay Scale: Rs. 15600-39100-PB-3+GP 5400/-+200/- Special Pay
- Qualification : A Bachelor’s Degree in second class OR a Master’s Degree in second class provided that the condition of division may be relaxed in case of internal candidates where the records of service is exceptionally good.
- Experience: 5 years experience as Superintendent OR Deputy Superintendent in a University / Examining body conducting public exams.
